Experience
James has a wide range of expertise working with premier level athletes (particularly rugby union, rugby league, and netball), runners, high level crossfit and weight lifting athletes, and has a special interest in rehabilitating complex injuries to ensure people get back to their desired activity safely. James also has a keen interest in educating, and was a clinical supervisor for Physiotherapy students on their university placements. James loves to encourage a holistic approach to treatment by providing an attentive listening ear, strong manual therapy techniques, and individualised rehabilitation exercises to promote overall recovery. James’ aim is to empower his client with the knowledge and reassurance of the body’s adaptability.
Personal
In his spare time, James loves to keep active by lifting weights, running, and exploring new areas in Australia. James also keeps his mind busy by watching sport on the weekend (including rugby union, rugby league and MMA) and likes to wind down by reading and finding different coffee shops around the city. James will also happily talk to you about his love for dogs, so please feel free to talk about your own (if you have one) during your session with him!
